Arrival Time
Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for check-in, restroom use and any necessary updates to your intake forms. This ensures your service begins on time and allows you to settle in without feeling rushed.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to avoid impacting the next scheduled
guest. In cases where there is not enough time to complete the service, the
appointment may be cancelled entirely.
It is at the discretion of the service provider whether the full service fee will be
charged or adjusted based on the time available.
Communication & Customization
Communication is key to delivering the best service possible. Our staff does their best to conduct a thorough intake but everyone has unique needs. We ask that you also note any preferences, sensitivities, or medical conditions on your intake form and communicate them directly to your provider before or during your session. Whether it’s pressure level, product ingredients, areas to focus on or avoid, or any other concerns—your input allows us to customize your treatment and ensure your comfort and safety.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Due to the high demand for our staff’s time, we kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer your spot to a client on our waitlist. For any changes, please call the spa directly at 978-779-2266. Cancellations cannot be accepted via social media.
Late Cancellation / No-Show Policy:
- First Occurrence: $50 fee
- Second Occurrence: $50 fee + 100% non refundable deposit required to book future services.
- Third Occurrence: Deposit will be forfeited
If a staff member must cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, we will offer 15% off your next service with them as a courtesy for the inconvenience.
Returns
Skincare Products:
Products may be returned within 60 days of purchase. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method. All returns are issued as spa credit, which can be used toward another product or a future service.
Gift Cards:
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable. However, the balance may be transferred to the purchaser or to a new recipient upon request.
