All of our therapists and estheticians are licensed by the state of Massachusetts. Some are licensed in other states and/or are nationally certified.
Ana
Ana is a licensed massage therapist and graduate of Spa Tech Institute in Westborough, MA. Specializing in Swedish and deep tissue massage, she uses medium to heavy pressure to help reduce stress, relieve pain, and improve mobility. Ana is committed to creating a peaceful, healing environment for each client, helping them achieve relaxation and overall well-being.
ashley
Many of you already know Ashley, who began her journey with Essential Therapies as a high school student back in 2016. Over the years, she has grown with the spa and now proudly serves as both Co-Owner and Front Desk Manager. Ashley holds a manicurist license from Cosmix School of Beauty Science in Marlborough, MA as well as her esthetician license from Spa Tech Institute, Westborough, MA. She specializes in gel manicures and pedicures, with a flair for creative designs and embellishments, as well as personalized foot care. As an esthetician, Ashley is passionate about helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin through customized facials and skincare treatments.
Her dedication to self-care and wellness shines through in everything she does, and she’s excited to continue supporting your beauty and wellness journey with skill and heart!
Audrey
Audrey began her career in massage therapy in 2003 after completing a 900-hour program at the Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge, MA. Since then, she has brought her skills in deep tissue and relaxation massage to a variety of settings, including spas and fitness facilities. Prior to becoming a Massage Therapist, Audrey worked for many years as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in both hospital and home care environments.
Outside of her professional life, Audrey enjoys gardening, reading, taking walks, and spending time with her husband, teenage daughter, and their car, Ramona.
Brianna
Brianna comes from a background in Physical Therapy and has a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Rhode Island. She is also a graduate of Bancroft School of Massage Therapy and offers relaxation, stretching, deep tissue, myofascial work, trigger point, therapy, traction, scar treatment and lymphatic drainage. Brianna’s favorite area to work on is the neck/back and loves helping her clients feel better and rejuvenated. Her experience working with Physical Therapists has taught her the importance of combining massage with stretching and therapeutic exercises as an effective way of healing.
Emilie
Emilie graduated from Spa Tech Institute in October of 2020, having had prior experience in biology and chemistry. She performs a vast selection of facial services including microdermabrasion, along with waxing services. Emilie is also certified in lash and brow laminating, tinting, and lash lifts. She is fun-loving, bubbly, and outgoing. Emilie takes pride in understanding all ingredients in products to achieve the main goal of clients feeling confident and comfortable in their own skin.
Gina
Gina was introduced to Reiki over 20 years ago after a fall which resulted in a serious back injury. She suffered with constant pain until she found a Reiki practitioner that helped her to heal her own body. She was so taken back by the art of healing that she decided to become a Reiki Master and pursue Reiki as a life-long healing instrument to not only help herself but loved ones as well. As a healer, she loves holding space and igniting the innate self-healing that we all carry within ourselves.
During a Reiki treatment, her goal is to offer a warm inviting presence to that her client can relax and receive her gentle touch. She allows her intuition to guide her hands, release stress and heal and harmonize the body, mind, and spirit.
Hayley
Hayley is a Co-Owner of the spa. She is a graduate of Spa Tech Institute and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. She specializes in Swedish massage ranging in a light to medium firm pressure. She is also trained in trigger point, hot stones, prenatal/postnatal massage, and cupping therapy. Hayley uses her original training, continuing education and intuition to help meet her clients’ individual needs. Let her smooth those tired, aching muscles, reduce discomfort and relax your mind.
Irene
I believe everyone deserves to feel confident and beautiful in their own skin! I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve their unique skincare goals through customized facials that address both the health and appearance of their skin. My own experience with adult cystic acne gives me a deeper understanding and sympathy for those facing similar challenges, allowing me to offer targeted advice and solutions. Im continually expanding my knowledge in acne treatments and anti -aging techniques, aiming to empower clients with lasting improvements and a renewed sense of comfort and confidence!
Johnny
Johnny is a graduate of Spa Tech Institute in Westborough. He has a passion for and dedication to massage therapy. Johnny’s goal is to provide clients with the perfect healing environment and his approach ranges from the softest and most relaxing of pressures to a firmer more deep pressure when needed. Currently Johnny specialize in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Range of Motion, Trigger Point, and Cupping techniques with a variety of others to come.
Michele B
Michele B. first started working at the front desk at the spa in February 2017 and has since completed her Aesthetics training at Spa Tech Institute in Westboro MA. She also has an associate’s degree in Applied Sciences from Mt. Ida College. Michele enjoyed being a stay at home mom for 17 years and is very thankful that Essential Therapies came into her life. It’s never too late to start something new! Michele does facials and waxing and enjoys sharing her passion for wellness and self-care.
Michelle M.
Michelle M. received her aesthetics training at Assabet Valley Tech and has a nail technician license from Rob Roy Academy. Michelle is also certified in Reiki I. Michelle does facials, waxing, wet room treatments and pedicures. She is also trained to do microdermabrasion and laser hair removal. She loves her job, and she enjoys helping people relax. Michelle brings a warm personality & a wonderful sense of humor to her sessions.
Orion
Orion finds value and enjoys helping people who are in need of relief. Having experienced firsthand how much a back injury or a neck pain can interfere with one’s quality of life; he pays particular attention to what’s going on in your body and finds the best way to bring you relief. Orion received his certification in massage therapy at the Cortiva Institute in Watertown and specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Prenatal and Myofascial Release. Having had the unique opportunity of growing up within a household of holistically-minded parents including a mother and father who are skilled bodyworkers & massage therapists, Orion experienced first-hand the healing benefits. This early exposure left a lasting impression on him, which has led to a continual exploration of how the body heals through massage, yoga, and meditation.
Orion is also a certified Yoga teacher and a life long practitioner of martial arts. In his free time he enjoys hiking, weight lifting, video games or a quiet meditation.
Tina
Tina is a Co-Owner of the spa. Tina is a graduate of Spa Tech Institute and graduated at the top of her class. After spending 20 years in the corporate world Tina decided to listen to her own words of advice and to live her best life, which led her to Massage Therapy. She strives to bring relief to those who are in pain, relaxation to those who are stressed, and restoration to those who are struggling to find balance. Tina is dedicated to providing clients with nurturing treatments to promote self-healing and specializes in Swedish massage with medium to heavy pressure.
Tracy
Tracy is a licensed Massage Therapist through the New Hampshire Institute for Therapeutic Arts, in Nashua, NH. When Tracy works with a client, she listens to their specific needs and concerns to help them reach their goals. She specializes in Swedish massage, reflexology, trigger point, cupping, deep tissue, neuromuscular technique, and her favorite, lymphatic drainage techniques.
