Cupping Massage

Cupping is a gentle alternative to a typical deep tissue massage. It uses negative pressure to lift the muscle spindles away from underlying structures rather than firm compression into the body. Silicone cups used in addition to a traditional swedish massage, are placed on the body in areas of the client’s concern to help relax tense muscles, release fascial restrictions and increase blood flow to help promote healing.
Himalayan Salt Stone Massage

Himalayan salt has many benefits to the human body. It contains more than 84 trace elements and minerals to help balance the body’s natural energies through regular use and intake. Himalayan salt is also soothing for the muscles, helps aid in skin abnormalities and contributes to a better sense of well being.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Manual lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle form of massage that encourages the movement of lymph fluids around the body. The fluid in the lymphatic system helps remove waste and toxins from body tissues. Some health conditions can cause lymph fluid to build up. Lymphatic drainage massage can benefit people with lymphedema, fibromyalgia, or other conditions.

Prenatal Massages require a Doctor’s note
* Any client who is pregnant will receive a prenatal massage. The client will be scheduled with a therapist who has the appropriate certification as there are protocols in place to protect the health of both mom and baby. A current physician’s note is required for this service.
