The Nordic Cycle

Procedure:
Enter a sauna or steam room for 10-15 minutes.
Take a cold plunge for 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
Repeat the cycle 3-5 times.

Precautions:

Relax and soothe those sore muscles under the jets in our four-person outdoor jacuzzi. Then take a turn in our Finnish log cabin sauna. Each day we scent the air with different essential oils. Breathe in deeply and let the heat and essential oils.
